SHIPPING
All items are sent Recorded First Class Signed For. Please be at home or ask a trustworthy neighbour to hold these for you. Please keep in mind that we run this alongside our regular (boring!) full-time jobs (I work 6-2 one week and 2-10 the next) but we'll email you as soon as we post your item/s to let you know when to expect them!
RETURNS
Please PLEASE read the Auction listing as all sizes and measurements are given in Inches to avoid disappointment. We haven't had a bracelet or necklace snap on us yet! But please email us if you aren't 100% happy and we'll sort it out :) We pride ourselves on being genuine people instead of pretending to be a major business and we put as much love into making these items as you'll have when you recieve them!
Everything we sell comes from a Smoking home although all items are kept away from the one designated room, but please note that we are small-fuzzy-squeaky-animal hoarder. Current count is two guinea pigs and two rabbits. I do my best to keep them away from the Clothes but occassionally you might find a hair or two.
